Return Policy
-Sale items are FINAL SALE. This includes all items on sale, grab bags and Mystery bags are FINAL SALE.
-If you are returning an item it must be free of odor and be unworn. Tags must be attached to be eligible to return.
-All jewelry is final sale.
-Buyer must pay return shipping
-We don’t offer any refunds. However, we do offer exchange or returns for store credit. If you want to exchange and item, you must send it back to us within 21 days of delivery date. Once we receive the item to be returned we will then issue you a gift card.
-We are not responsible for packages that show as delivered that are left outside your door, with a neighbor, or any other receiving party. We are also not responsible for packages shipped to incorrect addresses, so please be sure to check your shipping address before submitting your order.

If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at wavesofpearls@gmail.com for the return address.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
